Today I spent the morning baking cookies for a cookie swap in which I am not even swapping! How can that be ? The fix was a little stamping time. I was in the mood to create someting that wasn't Christmasy- and yet I could not tear myself away fron Real Red and Wild Wasabi. I also am gaining a new appreciation for glitter. I hope the cookies turn out as well as I think this card did.

Tags are a fun way to make your package feel special. Here are a few easy tags to put together for Christmas. Make a bunch at once then you will have them when you need. All materials are from Stampin'Up! ( The tags are from the office supply store.)

Playng around with some colors I seem to never use. Sage Shadow, Brushed Silver, and the Wintergreen designer series paper. Pretty cool.

Check out this card! I used a template from a long ago challenge- changed the colors to something a little different- and voila! The fun ribbon is the twill tape frayed on the end.

I love the Baroque Motifs set. I will use this card for my husband's company Christmas cards. Now I have to make 100 or so!
Here is a card I cased from another blog. I stamped the tree with Versa Mark on acetate, then used Heat and Stick powder. I sprinkled with glitter and heated just a little more. The special touch is the velvet ribbon. It looks very pretty in person.

I am so excited to get this going. I hope to regularly post the creative stuff that I do - stamping, crafting, decorating.... I would also like Alex to contribute his art to this site.
