My parents are on their way to visit, my house is a mess, there is no food to eat, but I made a card for the Color Inspiration # 9! I love stamping with birds, I think they are so funny. This one I free handed and stamped the tail. I really tried a different style and layered color and paper. I like the look.

My card for the color challenge. I love the sweet look of the Dotted Swiss for the Cutterbug. The flowers are from the Just Celebrate set. It is a great simple card!
Thanks for looking.

Color Challenge from Kwerner

This is the color challenge: Brilliant Blue, Only Orange, Bliss Blue, and Whisper White. I have an idea- please show me yours. This really is a lot of fun because it forces you to stamp, but you have a head start in picking out the colors. Try it!

I am weak! Look at the sweet eyes of the puppy we rescued from the pound this weekend! (They are not really that blue!) His name is Domino, and he is a chiuaua terrier mix. He is less than 5 lbs, and very playful. The boys are so happy to have a dog that chases and fetches. We think he is the cutest thing.

I wanted to participate in the color challenge on Kristin's blog, but I don't have a lot of time for the details! This is a cool guy card and can be used with any greeting- birthday, congrats, baby...The colors are Vanilla, soft sky, close to cocoa, chocolate chip. Thanks for looking. Check back later for more details.

I am so thrilled with this card. Inspired by the challenge Beate has, I quickly came up with a plan (not like me, usually I am submitting my challenge two weeks later!) I love this paper from Bali Breeze, and cut the flower out for the ceterpiece. It needed something so I polished it with Modge Podge! In real life it is shinny and pops off the page. I also tried the Thumping Technique on the stamped flowers! What fun that is- and you get a different look each time! I appreciate you looking.
